1. After reading Peter Strzok's book, I'm almost certain that while the FBI

won't make any statements about this before the election, they've already opened counterintelligence investigations on many of the players involved in this. I don't believe they are doing nothing. Some of these people, like Giuliani and maybe Ron Johnson, I would bet a lot of money have been under investigation for some time.

Don't forget that Washington Post article from two weeks ago saying the CIA strongly believes this entire thing is a Russian disinformation campaign approved at the highest levels, i.e. Putin himself.

2. I really hope so. I wonder if Barr got surprised by the FBI going after the terrorists plan to

kidnap and execute Gov Whitmer . And that's why he is kind of out of it right now .

He might have thought he had more control over everything happening and he probably wouldn't have done anything to go after those people if it was up to him.
