The lead is remarkably steady right now with a slight move towards Biden.

The few undecideds probably have one foot well planted in each side of the ideological divide, and probably won't choose until last minute (and late deciders tend to favor change / the challenger)

(1,005 posts)5. They did ask about third parties, and they took a total of 3%, leaving 6% "undecided." Interestingly
the demographics with the highest percentage of undecideds are Hispanic/Latinx voters (12%) and people of any race aged 30-44 (9%). But don't get too worried because Biden is polling at 50% with hispanics and at 47% with voters aged 30-44.
Also, 4% of Democrats said they were voting for Trump vs. 7% of Republicans voting for Biden, with independents breaking 46-37 for Biden.
