Neither of which is a good thing, and actually both offer bad imagery and results.

He usually tells on himself when he blathers, projecting his behaviors and intentions and plans on to others. But in this case (I suggest) he's actually telling the truth.

He is planning a bloodbath, and inciting and activating his cult with the mob mentality, or is it inciting the mob with a cult mentality?!

I hate to say he's being truthful in this case, but no one can be anything 100% of the time.

And actually the deaths from Covid have been a red wave, caused by him, not China.
So he's already caused one giant red wave, and plans another as the election results are being reported. And then there's the new red Covid wave hitting most of the country now.
