Did we take note of Kamala stating they will decriminilzed pot and purge records?

I don't know how many people are serving time for dealing marijuana, but I don't think states that have decriminalized have been letting these people out and purging their records.

I think anything below an ounce possession is being cleared off the books for now. I doubt anyone is incarcerated for such a state charge currently. I think some other states are doing similar things. Of course, Biden will only have authority over Federal charges and policy.

Two most important being that it will no longer be classified as a Schedule 1 narcotic research can be done on its beneficial effects and the dispensaries won't have to do business with banks on a cash only basis.
