MA-SEN: Senate Primary In Massachusetts a Toss Up

A new University of Massachusetts Lowell survey in Massachusetts shows Rep. Joe Kennedy (D) just ahead of Sen. Edward Markey (D) in the Democratic primary, 35% to 34%, with another 23% still undecided.
